I wake up to your sunset

I got back from Istanbul on Sunday with my dear friend.  We were there celebrating our birthdays and especially on Friday, which was my birthday, we celebrated that.  I will skip our arrival date (Thursday) because I already posted something about that but here are some pictures from that day: Blue Mosque Hagia Sophia These are from our hotel's roof terrace: On Friday we took some pictures of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia again and after that we took the tram to near Taksim Square but from there we still had to take a funicular to get there. Today was the last day I'm 19 years old so tomorrow I will be one year older once again. Honestly I'm a bit shocked and scared that in less than 10 minutes I will be 20 years! That feels so old! Of course there are still many many years to go and I have already experienced a lot of different things. Especially my travelling experiences have had a lot of influence in my life.  This year I decided to do something amazing and different on my birthday because I think 20th birthday is quite a big deal at least for me it is :) So I left to Istanbul today with my friend and this time we were really lucky because the weather in Finland was very bad. It was dark, ugly, cold and snowing HEAVILY and here it's almost +20 degrees and sunny :D.  When I was little I travelled to Turkey with my family but I don't remember anything from that so it's very exciting now to see what's Turkey and especially Istanbul like. Kuten olette jo varmaan huomanneet, oon tehnyt hieman muutoksia blogiini.  Sain vihdoinkin käyttöön laskureita! Heihei teksteihin kirjoitetut "laskurit"! Ulkoasuunkin teen varmaan vielä muutoksia. Toivottavasti blogini ei ole nyt laskureiden yms takia sekavan näköinen...  Pistäkää kommenttia jos pidätte/ette pidä laskureista tai jostain muusta :) Viime viikon lauantaina hankin myös vihdoinkin uuden järjestelmäkameran!  Käytin ennen Kodakin kameraa, joka ostettiin yhellä Thaimaan reissulla. Oon ollut ihan ok tyytyväinen siihen kun olihan se tietenkin parempi kuin edellinen pokkarikamerani, mutta olin jo melko kauan miettinyt, että olisi kiva hankkia ihan kunnon kamera kun nyt on näitä reissujakin tiedossa ja myös ensi vuonna se opiskeluvaihto. Vertailin ensin Canonin ja Nikonin kameroita ja lopulta päädyin  Canonin EOS 700D -kameraan.  Siinä oli omasta mielestäni hyvät ominaisuudet, koska en tarvitse mitään ammattilaiselle sopivaa kameraa, mutta halus...
