I wake up to your sunset

This spring I will, most likely, get one thing off my bucket list and that is seeing the cherry blossom! I have been planning to go see the flowers in Seoul since last spring when I wasn't able to go there or Japan. I was almost giving up once again but after careful consideration I decided to travel to Seoul in April. I was supposed to go with my mum but we decided that I will go alone and later this year, maybe during Christmas, we will go somewhere together. I was a bit sad about that but I totally get why my mum decided to stay at home and well travelling alone isn't very new for me anymore nowadays so it's not that bad. This way I can also visit places that my mum isn't very interested in. Plus I don't have to be completely alone thanks to my Korean friend whom I'm really excited to meet again. Earlier this month I travelled to Seoul to attend this year's Dream Concert. I also wanted to use the opportunity to see my friend once more before I go back to Finland. It's much cheaper to fly from Thailand than Finland and I don't know when I'll be able to go there again so I didn't really have any difficulty to decide whether to go or not. I arrived in Seoul on a Friday morning and after renting a wifi router, I took a bus to Dongdaemun where my hotel was located. About the wifi router... Earlier this month I spent 10 days in Seoul and this time I was there with my mum and sister. I have to admit this trip was my favorite if I don't think about last year's Dream Concert because that's of course the best thing I have experienced in Korea so far. I really enjoyed spending time with my mum and sister and seeing my Korean friend after almost 1 year. This time I got to experience some new places and neighborhoods, see also familiar places, go shopping and enjoy various K-Pop related things. Probably due to enjoying myself so much and experiencing new cool things, I started to wish I could live there someday. I almost chose Seoul as my exchange study destination but went with Bangkok after all. Because of this trip I started doubting my decision a bit and wishing I could study or do internship in Seoul too. But it's more suitable if I could get a real job and move there...
